With my registration and by entering this event I understand that I am required have full liability insurance coverage on the vessel that I am entering in the boat parade. I also understand that I may be subject to being photographed or filmed and such photos or film may be used for publicity of this boat parade in print or on the internet.  *Awards are based on 30 boat participation. It is understood that I enter this event at my own risk. The undersigned agrees to at all times indemnify, save and hold harmless U-SAIL of Central Florida, LLC and its officers, agents, employees and contractors from and on account of any claims, damages, losses, litigation, expenses, counsel fees, and compensation arising out of any claims, damages, personal injuries, property losses and/or economic and non-economic damages sustained by or alleged to have been sustained by any person or entity.
